Dear PA Home Energy Service Provider and Efficiency Professionals

Over the last few weeks, I have been working closely with the team at Performance Systems Development (PSD) to transition day-to-day operations of PA Home Energy (PAHE) to AFC First. As approved Keystone HELP contractors you are aware of the quality of the AFC team and I am very excited to be included in this partnership. Together, AFC and PSD will lead efforts to strengthen the program.

Recently I have had “meet and greet” opportunities in the field including a ride along on an audit in the greater Philadelphia market and a group meeting in Pittsburgh. It has been invaluable to get a better understanding of the challenges you face in your job and understand what value you draw from PAHE.
